In late January 2008 I went to Ladakh in northern India's remote Himalayas as an intern for the organization called Vermont Intercultural Semesters, which runs study abroad programs for high school students. I have since returned to India several times as a teacher and while here, have been able to explore other parts of Asia as well.

Great short video. Good idea on starting a musical instrument fund/drive....go for it!
Hope to catch up while you are back Stateside....b/c from my readings it sounds like this has been a great experience for you which you are seeking to repeat next semester!
